Registration & Inquiry Process
Express your interest and ask any questions that you may have. We prefer you use our form on our online portal’s application page. (See button below) If you have any difficulties with your application form, feel free to email me. Please include your name, your location, and all applicable phone numbers and email contacts.
Submit your essay to help us support you in affirming your readiness for this medicine wheel journey. (See description below.)
Submit Payment. Once we celebrate your approval for class, you will receive an invoice by email with a link to our secure online payment portal. You may choose from the various payment plans we provide. (For details, see descriptions below.)
Receive Personal Confirmation. Once we receive your $200 commitment deposit, Stephen or one of his colleagues will reach out to you personally via email to confirm your registration. We will schedule a personal telephone call to answer any further questions about your journey.
We will be available prior to the first class and during the whole journey to answer any questions you have about the program and to address personal concerns. We deeply value the commitment our students are making.

Application Essay
In order to honor those who are answering the call to join us we are asking all interested potential students to please craft a written essay in which they can reflectively share their goals and intentions in attending the medicine wheel classes and being part of a forming community.
This essay neither has to be of any certain length, nor written in a certain form. The faculty here at the school warmly invite you to just naturally express yourself from a place of sourcing from what is alive in your heart.
This essay invitation is an excellent place to share any additional information about yourself that you feel would be important for us to know in being able to fully support you in your journey. These essays will be kept strictly confidential and only used to determine eligibility to participate in our medicine wheel journey.
We encourage students to fully invest in their personal growth process and commit to the full program of 4 classes.

Individual class payments $1425 each of the four classes of the medicine wheel.

Pay in advance with a one time payment of $4700 (amounting to $1175 / class). This saves you $1000 on the full program!

Monthly installments of $315 for 18 months via automatic bank withdrawals.

To register and reserve your space for the course, we ask you to make a $200 non-refundable downpayment as an expression of sincere commitment to your journey.
